Sensory gardens, healing gardens,
Many senses are met both indoors and out in this small part of a larger 900 sq ft addition in Key West Florida. Designer Craig Reynolds Landscape Architects brought the senses of the outdoors inside with the seamless large opening window doors. Though neighbors are close by, the user can feel alone and secure hanging in a hammock, sitting in the whirlpool by day breeze or at night with the outdoor hanging lights slightly farther out of the picture. Water, lounger, hammock, natural vegetation and flat flooring all make for accessible and sensory place to heal in one's own home.
