Straw bale house. Love when the outside feels like inside, vice versa.
Straw bale house. Like the soffit here. Looks like the roof was just set on top by a crane in a single piece. Very clean. Simple.
Love the cladding of this straw bale house. Not a big fan of the whole house with earthen plaster. Adds interest by breaking up textures. I could see this as shou sugi ban, or some inexpensive material like this unfinished corrugated metal.
Commercial straw bale.
Commercial straw bale. Like the exterior cladding, the overhang and modern cube look. Although, I would hide this from the street side. It would make a great secret garden off the kitchen.
Straw bale house. Love it.
Straw bale house.
Straw bale house. Too much white for me. Needs a natural texture.
Straw bale house. The light again
Straw bale house. The natural light
Straw bale house. Absolutely spot on. I'd be happy copying this almost exactly.
Gorgeous.
Like the vertical and texture
Big fan of malm fireplaces. Not 100% on including fireplace. Like the large windows
Like the continuity of the wall/ceiling.
Love the uniqueness of the secret garden and how it if functional for added light and air. Makes inside feel like outside. Also the top windows.
Interesting angles and framing of view. Fan of the upper windows.
Like the window seat.
Like the exposed trusses and could see a catwalk up there if there was a little more height.
The size of the balcony is how I envision the lofted bedroom with the Oly Mt. view.
The kitchen is hidden/diminished
LOVE the filtered light on the wall.
Like the creative use of space. Very helpful for AirBnB.
Like the light fixture. I might have the skills to make these.
Love the windows, fireplace, staircase. Interesting hidden library in the staircase. I might take that our and showcase the stairs, but I kinda like the creative use of space.
Love everything about this. The sunroom feel.
Excellent staircase.
Fan of those upper windows and the outdoor living room extension.
Don't care for the style, but Ike the window seats. Too cutesy farmhouse.
Don't care for the room, but the windows are great for the bedroom loft.
If I could afford the windows, I'd love this in the rear of the house (SE) secret garden. Instead of the bed, it would be a kitchen to the left.
Big fan of the texture of these vertical slats. Love how they filter light. Would love to incorporate. Possibly use as staircase shield/handrail.
Like the non-residential feel. Natural exposed trusses.
Creative use of space with bunks, kinda. This is mostly about that ceiling and fan.
Excellent staircase, windows/light/height.
Love the headboard and pendant lights.
Love the clean look. Floor is nice. Upper windows, again...
Everything!
Creative use of space.
It's a little cold in there, but clean. The handrail is very nice.
Epic lighting. The stone is out of budget, but I like carving out parts of the house just for lighting a textured wall.
I like this as a cozy bedroom. Again love the malm fireplace.
Love that textured wall.
I like bringing wood into the bathroom. Not sure how it holds up over time?
