I like the open one sided layout. It’s only part of a house, but this is nice layout
This one I like the exterior look. Might mesh well with the main house
So here’s a layout that is long so that it can view the yard from all the important rooms
Tiny footprint with open feel....it needs to serve as a pool. House of a raise hot tub goes with it ;)
Tiny loft, skylight may be too hot but small footprint but still can make the bed from all sides
Tiny ohana kitchen
Uploading this because there is a kitchen and bedroom that goes with it that are small. Supposedly has bathroom as well, but that’s not shown
Raised hot tub on raised deck
Sherwin Williams Anew Grey (fireplace). What do you think of putting that on the living room walls? I like it!...came back to this and am second thinking grey
Ohana idea? loving the openness...big though...but love the openness
What if the ohana were above a garage. Then the garage could become another room. An entrance for the vehicle and a side entrance that opened up to the outdoor grilling area
Well this is interesting. Making texture by simply using flat and gloss. Then picture her artwork framed on the walls with white matting for pop! But just the texture on one wall, the other 3 would be matte. And the textures don’t have to be round. They could be non ridged squares, or x’s ....anything really.
This looks like something you’d want to try somewhere
Ooo, a deep purple grey!
Sherwin-Williams 7026-*Could she do her black and white decor in here?* I think so....dark isn’t scary, is it? :)
Very rich looking dark blue room!
Dark rich blue room for Daya?
Dark gray which could have a hint of blue for Daya?
Dark green bedroom for Daya?
Little more of a lime green with white trim
A taupe grey with accents of light blues
Pathway. To ohana.
Here’s a nice yellow, soft *I haven't gotten attached to yellow walls much after living in FL (bad memories of the kitchen)* I think it is good if applied carefully....too much shows dirt. But as a yellow goes, I like this one.
Okay, here’s a blue that isn’t bad
I like the green in the triangle space of the wall
Okay, I wouldn’t do this, but it’s creative. I shower from a mosaic surfboard
So maybe sometimes a draping colorful cloth on the lanai over the white painted clg. Colorful carpets too
O’Hara with pocket slider for minimum intrusion to inside or outside
Interesting accent wall color
Ohana mama!
Tropical wallpaper is fun, much like the Whitman's house. *Allen would never go for wallpaper again, not after the last house where I spent days ripping it off* ok
always my fav color green!
subtle rich tones
brown with green accent wall and orange toned covers (no animals!)
Who doesn't love an outdoor shower!?
Grass clg and lime with teal bedding! *I would like this as the ohana, all open on one side facing the house* to make that happen we need sliders that pocket, stack or bifold $$ but doable
Like the neutral walls with the orange bed
I don’t think Allen would go for this, but like the classic subway tile with the wall paper for bath
Love the privacy and coziness of the gardens around the outdoor area
Oooh outdoor bar fun!!!
Love the surrounding yard
Super light lime walls
Tan neutral walls but lime bedding! *Holiday Inn* haha, that’s what i thought, but I liked the color accent.
This type of window...plantation shutters....not necessarily this shape, but where I can close the blinds or open the whole window. Make sense?
