Essentially what I would like with a little more warmth.
Feature island and one long wall of units.
Really like white and grey together. I really like the shelves, don't mind the dark wood! Think it looks like a nice space!

I don't love anything here, but all the reasoning from the designer makes sense to me and k like the idea of not super contemporary. I also like the idea of adding splashes of colour and tying those in. I don't want it to be glitzy or in your face.
I want to go warm blue and grey cabinets. I like the book shelf at the side too.
I like the idea of the curve on one side of the island to soften it.
Like this and the article said that they installed all the cupboards along the darkest wall. This is what I would do.
