Curb appeal
I like the use of natural elements, such as pumpkins and hay, to showcase this house that has accents in fall colors. If your house is for sale during a season associated with holiday festivities, and it makes sense for your home style to do so, definitely consider staging the front of your home with pumpkins, hay bales, or other decorations--just be sure not to cross over into the tacky realm.
This home has great curb appeal! The home and driveway look to be in good repair, and the colors coordinate well. There is a good variety in the textures of the structure. I like the lower-lying plants flanking the taller tree, as well as the planters beside the garage doors. It looks clean, well-manicured, and tidy.
This home appears clean and well-maintained; the paint combination works well and the black doors with white trim/accents add some unexpected pop. The curved steps are nice as well. I would, however, consider adding a chair with a colorful pillow and a side table, as well as a hanging plant or potted plant with a colorful urn to add an accent color to this otherwise impeccable space. Color brings attention to a home that is for sale; primary colors would go well with this neutral home.
This landscaping is so pretty against this brick home! Adding plants that have differences in color, height, shape, and texture adds so much visual interest to the outside of a home. A freshly-mowed lawn also looks great for open houses and showings.
