Swartzlander Ideas
This looks interesting to have openess on each side.
What if we extended out roof line to give some height outside and bring light inside.
Henry and I thought about these in the existing concrete area on south side of house.
Nice seating area extension from the house. I do like the umbrella solution for intense sun areas.
I always assume a hot tub is 100% above grade. This one looks to be ~ 1/2 submerged. I think fully sunken would be a pain to keep leaf and dirt free. 100% above grade would be hard to hide. This seems like a possible solution.
I do like the "instant ready" of a fiberglass hot tub. The wood finish on this one seems like it might blend in out backyard side area.
The turquoise pool color would be attractive to Cheryl. Our first choice would be a waterfall/feature dumping into a very shallow basin that would provide the refreshing color.
The arches would fit well with out interior. I like the roof and lights and counter tops.
Everything to the right of the grille (including the grille) looks great. The wood fired pizza oven is beyond our scope. Counter space, grille, two burners, Green Egg(?) all would be great.
Nice stone firepit.
I like the slat ceiling finish. The open feel to the right and giant fan. Stone fireplace is not in my favorites list.
Great looking fire pit.
Great counter space and storage. We do not need that much storage. The grill looks about right but would want a cook top also.
Like the turquoise of the pool.
Like the pavers, but don't like the sunken back wall for our application.
Henry likes the pit, tile and decking.
