Kevin's ideas
Only issue is no backsplash. Need to use some of the tile from the shower area
sleek. large rollers. shown with flush shower floor. query the fixed panel?
Blue sky and blue rug
small corner shower with tile that covers wall
nice mix of cream neutrals and blue...note the glass door to the left...I think glass inset pocket doors in both bathrooms./..maybe even in laundry room door
this is very zen...evokes fluidity of water
light floors, warm cabinets, blue counters
blue countertops? looks like sea glass. could be good in the bathrooms or tie the color of the bathroom tile to this color accent in the house...so blue glass subway tile in the bathroom and these counters in the kitchen
cutback wall and it is an l shape into kitchen side
maybe go cut corner in the small bathroom, not a square stall? save room or is this larger dimensions?
Half wall glass shower divider. Note its resting on counter material not tile. Standing surface water will not work well with tile
colored wall tempers the whiteness
just a sample of granite on white - not always marble on white
frameless allows a full lookthru to the tile....tile goes up the wall...better yet would be a sliding door
Daunting task - need to make lists for each room based on the storage need for each space
vanity raised above the floor height will make the small bath rooms look larger by showing the expanse of floor (color here not relevant)
simple home organization station with shelves above? or cabinets above?
OK...now imagine this type of bulge out counterthat wraps a bit above the wall
cabinet color is simple yet warm
oooh...light wood and light wood
simple penninsula bullnose = seating on both sides?
light floor light cabinets...very open and spacious feeling
simple square raised panel? or go Shaker?
just a peninsula but it turns into a counter on other side of wall....square and may fit in galley kithcen better
note that this counter shape extends out from the stove area and wraps a little bit around the wall, but stays mostly in the dinette area
need a space for mail and a printer and a pull out work shelf, not a desk
utensil and pots and pan storage = key, plus pull out drawers everywhere
note the per linear foot cost of cabinets
like the shelves - too wide an opening? like it open wall to wall even above shelves ---like the square columns
like the tile beyond the glass shower to cover the whole wall, like the frame-less glass
Wde enough for big bathroom. Slow close. Like the mag mirrors with our old eyes.
