Quarter sawn oak. Like this wood very much. Don’t care for the cabinet style.
Rift or quarter sawn white oak. Really uniform...probably too much so. Too contemporary.
These are interesting. Maybe a bit too rustic, or maybe a different stain
Hickory. Obviously higher grade. The wood looks somewhat boring in pics, but may be beautiful up close. Don’t care for the cabinet design, or handles. If it were a bit different stain and shaker design, and different handles, the wood itself might look more beautiful. To us. Too contemporary a look for us.
The wood was not identified in Houzz. This is my favorite kitchen. Love the look, like the stain color (could go a bit darker or even lighter depending on the floor we decide on). I like the wood grain, the wood on the hood and shiplap accents and white uppers. It’s probably quarter sawn oak? To us, this color stain seems not too red or yellow...it’s a nice neutral brown.
