約 2年前に戸建てリフォームのご相談を受けた事がきっかけで
このプロジェクトは始まりました。
お住まいのお宅は玄関前に美しく咲くミモザの木が印象的な築16年の 2階建・・・
お子様達も独立されて終の住処としてのリフォームをされたいとご相談をいただきました。
お 2人で住まうにはとても広く、プランニングは奥様の今まで住んでいて不満だった所を徹底的にヒヤリングし、広くても持て余す事の無い様しっかりとプランを考えました。
特に力を入れたのはキッチン周り
お料理好きな奥様は調理道具もたくさんお持ちで以前の暮らしでは物が溢れ
行き場の無い状態でした。
とても整理整頓がお上手な奥様でしたが、さらにしっかりと全ての物の行き場を決め、
すっきりと暮らせるよう大容量のパントリーの提案をしました。
ダイニング〜キッチン〜パントリーの動線を確保し、ストレスの無い素晴らしいキッチンに変わりました。
また、洗面スペースもダブルシンクと背面キャビネットで大容量の収納を設け、ゆっくりと座ってお化粧をしていただける贅沢なスペースへと変化しました。
狭くストレスだった階段幅も広げ
ご夫婦お 2人それぞれの趣味のスペースや来客用にご宿泊いただける落ち着いた和室、
寝室に併設したラグジュアリークローゼットなど
しっかりとしたプランニングと収納計画で何処にいても心地よく素敵な空間に生まれ変わりました。
今後はご夫婦2人とワンちゃんが幸せにのんびりと暮らしていただけたら嬉しいです。
そして将来は息子さんやお孫さん達がたくさん集まり、笑い声のたえない家になりますよう
願っております。
今回のプロジェクトも素敵な出会いから始まり、大勢の方々の協力のもと完成しました。

Anne Chemineau - Decor InterieurLe projet : Aux Batignolles, un studio parisien de 25m2 laissé dans son jus avec une minuscule cuisine biscornue dans l’entrée et une salle de bains avec WC, vieillotte en plein milieu de l’appartement.
La jeune propriétaire souhaite revoir intégralement les espaces pour obtenir un studio très fonctionnel et clair.
Notre solution : Nous allons faire table rase du passé et supprimer tous les murs. Grâce à une surélévation partielle du plancher pour les conduits sanitaires, nous allons repenser intégralement l’espace tout en tenant compte de différentes contraintes techniques.
Une chambre en alcôve surélevée avec des rangements tiroirs dissimulés en dessous, dont un avec une marche escamotable, est créée dans l’espace séjour. Un dressing coulissant à la verticale complète les rangements et une verrière laissera passer la lumière. La salle de bains est équipée d’une grande douche à l’italienne et d’un plan vasque sur-mesure avec lave-linge encastré. Les WC sont indépendants. La cuisine est ouverte sur le séjour et est équipée de tout l’électroménager nécessaire avec un îlot repas très convivial. Un meuble d’angle menuisé permet de ranger livres et vaisselle.

The mirror is over 60 years old and purchased from W & J Sloane. The accent pillows are from ABC Carpet & Home and the green apple tray is designed by John Derian.

SLIK Interior DesignMaison de maître. Les clients souhaitaient un salon moderne, chaleureux et confortable, tout en profitant de la jolie vue sur le jardin. Nous avons fait rentrer la nature environnante en conseillant un papier-peint végétal, foncé, sur lequel vient s'adosser un long canapé ultra-confort. Le rose du tapis adoucit et illumine le mur foncé et le parquet ancien. Deux petites tables élégantes contre-balancent le volume imposant du canapé. Kim Tasker Interiors LtdAn open plan living, dining kitchen and utility space within a beautiful Victorian house, the initial project scope was to open up and assign purpose to the spaces through planning and 3D visuals. A colour palette was then selected to harmonise yet define all rooms. Modern bespoke joinery was designed to sit alongside the the ornate features of the house providing much needed storage. Suggestions of furniture and accessories were made, and lighting was specified. It was a delight to go back and photograph after the client had put their own stamp and personality on top of the design.

Pinnacle Design & RemodelingTschida Construction and Pro Design Custom Cabinetry joined us for a 4 season sunroom addition with a basement addition to be finished at a later date. We also included a quick laundry/garage entry update with a custom made locker unit and barn door. We incorporated dark stained beams in the vaulted ceiling to match the elements in the barn door and locker wood bench top. We were able to re-use the slider door and reassemble their deck to the addition to save a ton of money.
