Ландшафтная мастерская Алены АрсеньевойОбъект находится в поселке Салманово поле, недалеко от города Одинцово, размер средний, всего двадцать три сотки.
Семья очень динамичная, современная, легкая на подъем. Когда работа начиналась, это была дача, куда приезжали только на выходные. В настоящее время здесь живут постоянно.
Состав семьи – папа, мама, взрослая шестнадцатилетняя дочь и сын, которому тогда было всего шесть.
Из пожеланий Собственника – декоративный ручей, открытая солнечная лужайка, много цветников и возможность гулять вдвоем. Помимо этого надо было расположить детскую площадку, и она есть во всех эскизах – позже от этой идеи отказались.
На конкурс было приглашено пять ландшафтных компаний, было приятно, что к рассмотрению были выбраны наброски, предложенные мастерской Алены Арсеньевой.
На участке есть жилая постройка, бассейн с фитнес центром и гараж.
Заезд в гараж - внутри двора, поэтому парковка из бетонной плитки рядом с основным зданием, у входа – значительная, так как машина должна развернуться.
Далее широкий свободный проход к фитнесу ведет в приватную часть дачи.
Посередине у авто парковки и СПА – место для партера на фоне пузыреплодника Дьябло и Лютеус. Чтобы избежать эффекта «забора у забора» - мы развили тему живой изгороди – перед пузыреплодником – стройные силуэты туи Смарагд, а в промежутках – барбарис Тунберга Атропурпурея. А дополнительный «слой» кустарников – спирея японская Голден Принцесс – высажена впереди Смарагдов. В результате получилась объемная, а не плоская ограждающая посадка из кустарников с яркой листвой.
Две клумбы, оформленные в полукруг, высаживаются из летников каждый год. Шаровидные туи завершают образ этой части, подчеркивая геометричность объема.
У въезда, близко к основному дому - смешанная живая изгородь из туи западной Спиралис и дерена белого Элегантисимма.
Регулярный стиль в дизайне сада реализован при входе.
Здесь, на фоне вертикальной плоскости, образовавшейся из темной зелени туи Спиралис и дерена белого Элегантиссима, встали стройные силуэты хвойных и круглые формы сосны горной Хампи, дополненные мягкими фонтанами лиственницы японской Пендула.

Northwest Native Landscapes LLCThis compact, urban backyard was in desperate need of privacy. We created a series of outdoor rooms, privacy screens, and lush plantings all with an Asian-inspired design sense. Elements include a covered outdoor lounge room, sun decks, rock gardens, shade garden, evergreen plant screens, and raised boardwalk to connect the various outdoor spaces. The finished space feels like a true backyard oasis.

Murray Boissery Garden DesignThis front yard is a highly structured evergreen space that features large, deep flowering beds which are all bordered with low buxus hedges. Each garden bed has a backdrop of a tall clipped hedge to maintain a green backdrop which provides great contrast when the colour of the flowering perennials emerge throughout spring and summer months. A beautiful mature liquidambar is the key central feature tree what provides shade throughout summer and is stunning with its autumn colour as the leaves turn shades of red and purple before falling to the ground.
UserA private garden designed, with minimal maintenance in mind, for a newly converted flat in Ealing. It has a long taxus hedge to provide year-round interest viewable from the property as well as to act as a backdrop to a Prunus ‘Accolade’ when it is in flower and leaf. This cherry tree is positioned centrally opposite a cantilevered glass box extruding from the facade of the building.

greencube garden and landscape designWe love a cantilevered step and in this tiny Sevenoaks garden they help us fully utilise the space making it feel bigger.
This is the smallest garden we have designed to date, we call it our 'Pocket Garden', and we are very proud of it. We have transformed this tiny garden into a modern, easy to maintain social space.
The steps are cantilevering out of the deck creating a wonderful journey to the lower garden. Our clients said "We love the garden so thank you very much".
This garden has zero threshold - a smooth transition from inside to out. We have linked to their new wooden floors and dark grey windows, connecting and fusing the two, using a simple repeat palette of materials, textures and colours. We have incorporated a practical lift-up top to the bench to store their garden stuff. We have also included three re-circulating water blades that cascade into a dark grey pebble mulch. The lower area has been laid with astro turf, fitted to represent a carpet rather than a lawn. The oak sleepers, painted and matching the window frame, creating robust steps to the lower area, where we suspend a cantilevered bench from the boundary wall. We use very few plants - Dicksonia, Hosta, Polystichum and Buxus - an easy palette to maintain.
