One of the crucial things attributed to this great success is not having a pre-conceived idea or a pre-set plan. "We wanted a complete Custom design and we wanted someone to help us get to that design" says Kevin.
Delighted with the concept of the great room on the ground floor, Clair and Kevin left the building process entirely in Allison and Blair's hands. The couple lived nearby and dropped by the building site often. Every visit was a joy, Kevin says. "It was an exciting process". They wanted a custom house and there were very little restrictions.
