Dan: Like the large floor tiles. Like the big/wide center island and the left wall with no counter but built in oven. Right side count be looking to family room. Not sure of elevation change to have chairs on both sides (since 8" elevation change). Budget to remove wall? Need to deal with fireplace since want to reverse sitting area 180 degrees and have TV on shared wall with ensuite.
