The tall plant with droopy white flowers is Flowering Tobacco, Nicotiana sylvestris. It's an annual in Michigan and can quickly grow up to 6' tall over the summer. It has a wonderful evening fragrance and can self seed prolifically. It prefers full sun to light shade, rich organic soil, and plenty of water.
