Redmond Design Group Inc.This project in Cambridge had an overgrown backyard space with no storage and no entertaining area. We designed and installed beautiful seating walls, a raised patio space, an enclosed trash enclosure, new cedar tongue and groove fencing, plants, lighting, irrigation, a green wall and welcoming moon gate to the garden.
Accents in this garden were stained black to tie in to the house accents.
A recirculating fountain was built to provide the relating flow of water.

Pro-Land Landscape Construction Inc.This full property landscape design and build presented Pro-Land with the opportunity to creatively work with existing grades, while considering the restrictions of an abutting conservation authority. Keeping this in mind we were able to optimize the views of the greenery around the property, while creating a functional outdoor entertainment area.
The client wanted a classic design for the front; flagstone walkways to tie in with the colors from the house and an entry wall frames the front door. The goal in the backyard was to create various areas for entertaining, without sacrificing play spaces for their children – the size of the property made accommodating their wishes fairly easy. A sports court, pool with water feature, cabana, and outdoor kitchen ensure these homeowners don’t have to go far for their next vacation.

Dig Your Garden Landscape DesignThe compact front landscape of this Sausaltio home underwent a major transformation. Much of the failing concrete retaining walls were removed to gain more patio space. Ledger stone veneer was installed on existing walls. A new built-in BBQ/grill with full range bluestone for counter tops, patio floor and stairs. I also designed a contemporary, stepped, horizontal redwood fence along both sides of the sloped driveway. Low water plantings including low light succulents such as Echeveria imbricata (hens and chicks), Sedum 'Angelina', Agave attenuate, were included in this contemporary facelift.
