A great integration system seamlessly manages a multitude of systems intelligently and automatically while requiring an absolute minimum of user prompting to create repeatable environmental and entertainment scenes which they enjoy. This project required 21 zones of digital audio, 12 zones of HD video with access to 7 sources ranging from multiple HD Cable Boxes, Surveillance Cameras, Blu-Ray DVD, dual Satellite Radio tuners and Apple TV. This systems cornerstone of operation is the NetStreams DigiLinx integration system which boasts IP based audio for CD quality sound while incorporating complete property intercom, paging and door chimes. Lutron Homeworks lighting control manages the exterior and interior lighting which we designed to showcase this homes best features. Several interior spaces required Lurton’s Sivoia silent operating motorized shades for privacy and ambient light control. Numerous cameras keep a vigilant eye on the entire property. Viewing cameras or operating any of the homes Entertainment, Lighting or Technology Systems can be accomplished through iPhone, iPads, fixed touch screens, handheld remotes from URC and computer. Our favorite integration features include the ability to instantly launch music for the patio from Lutron Homeworks seeTouch controllers located at patio egress and simple to operate handheld remotes for owners and their guests.

Se ti piace dedicare qualche ora al giorno all'attività fisica, con il giusto spazio a disposizione potrai allestire una piccola palestra all'interno della tua stessa casa. Che sia una stanza a sé, oppure uno spazio in soffitta o nel seminterrato, anche in poco spazio è possibile creare il tuo angolo benessere personale, dove potrai scaricare lo stress di una giornata lavorativa. Basta comprare l'essenziale, senza esagerare per poter godere dei benefici dell'allenamento casalingo senza per forza abbonarsi ad un centro fitness.

Come organizzare una palestra in casa?

Prima di decidere dove creare la tua palestra personale, prendi tempo e definisci quali attività vorrai svolgere in questo spazio fitness. Sei un amante dello yoga e della meditazione? Preferisci una corsa in bicicletta piuttosto che fare jogging? Oppure vuoi una stanza dove appendere un sacco da box? Avere ben chiare le idee di quali attrezzi vorresti, ti farà risparmiare sia tempo che soldi. Eviterai così di perdere tempo nel cercare strumenti e attrezzature inutili al tuo scopo e avrai tutto il necessario per capire di quanto spazio necessiti. Ogni attrezzatura avrà dimensioni ben precise e con qualche piccolo calcolo potrai organizzare e ottimizzare lo spazio a disposizione.

Di che tipo di attrezzatura da palestra ho bisogno?

A seconda del tipo di attività fisica che ti piace svolgere, potrebbe bastarti solamente un tapis roulant oppure una cyclette, ma se non vuoi rinunciare a nulla, ciò che non dovrà mancare nella tua palestra di casa saranno una panca con il bilanciere per i pesi e una macchina per i dorsali. Assicurati che i pesi del bilanciere siano gommati: questo ti permetterà di essere un po' meno attento mentre li appoggi sul pavimento. Queste quattro diverse attrezzature potranno essere disposte ai quatto angoli della stanza. Contando che difficilmente supereranno i due metri di lunghezza, ti basteranno quindi soltanto 20 mq di spazio per realizzare una palestra in casa con tutto l'occorrente. Sfruttando gli angoli e disponendo gli attrezzi ingombranti lungo i lati della stanza, potrai lasciare il centro per gli esercizi a corpo libero, oppure per il sacco da box. Altre attrezzature di piccole dimensioni che potrebbero esserti utili sono uno step per le sessioni casalinghe di aerobica e i manubri con relativa rastrelliera per rinforzare gli arti. Per completare il tutto, procurati una palla svizzera per le sessioni di pilates e gli elastici fitness per gli esercizi controllati di braccia e gambe. Un mobiletto, anche un semplice comodino, si rivelerà utile per collocare uno stereo. Ascoltare della musica mentre ci si allena aiuta a percepire meno la fatica e per lo yoga e la meditazione, la musica è un elemento fondamentale. Installare uno specchio grande un'intera parete ti darà un ottimo aiuto per i tuoi allenamenti. Eseguire gli esercizi di fronte allo specchio ti permetterà di osservare i tuoi movimenti, in modo da poterli correggere o migliorare. Non trovandoti in una palestra o con un personal trainer che ti segue in tutto e per tutto, dovrai essere in grado di valutare tu stesso i tuoi progressi.

Che pavimento scegliere per la palestra

Attenzione alla pavimentazione, molto importante per una palestra. Meglio non lasciare il pavimento spoglio, con le mattonelle in vista, soprattutto se la tua palestra verrà destinata ad una stanza della casa. Questo perché il rischio che uno dei pesi ti cada dalle mani è alto e un pavimento privo di protezioni potrebbe scheggiarsi facilmente. Procurati quindi una copertura in gomma, oppure un rivestimento in legno compensato. La copertura non dovrà essere troppo morbida, specialmente per te stesso: allenarsi su superfici soffici ti renderà più instabile e a lungo andare potresti anche riscontrare dei problemi alla schiena. Se invece la palestra è stata costruita in garage o nel seminterrato, con un pavimento sacrificabile, ti basteranno dei semplici tappetini.
