LNDesignsThis reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room.
The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring.
Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!

This custom designed laundry/mudroom/doggy den was recently completed for our client and features inset Shaker doors and drawer fronts and solid wood butcher block countertops fabricated in our shop!
To say they love it, is an understatement!

The stunning two-story foyer features custom millwork and moulding with raised panels, and mahogany stair rail and front door. The brand-new kitchen has a clean look with black granite counters and a European, crackled blue subway tile back splash. The large island has seating and storage. The Wood MillOur client asked for a built in dog bed and a large sink for washing the pup in the mudroom. In addition to the custom cabinetry, we fabricated the solid wood butcher block countertops and the custom designed doors to the hallway!
