The Dovetail is certified Built Green and achieved a HERS score of 65 and 5+ stars. This home won 5 awards in the 2007 Summit County Parade of homes. Spirit Builders meticulously handcrafted the Dovetail with our own in house crew.

Rustico Tile & StoneThis hill country home has several outdoor living spaces including this above ground swimming pool.
The stone flooring is 12x24 Cantera stone tile in Recinto color. It is accented with 6x12 Antique Saltillo tile - also known as antique terra cotta tile. The barstools are also topped with custom fit cantera stone seating.
The coping edges are also Cantera stone coping pieces in Recinto. This is similar to a volcanic rock.

Rhodes Architecture + LightWe designed a “tree house” suspended above the ground on glued-laminated timber columns supporting two stories, forty feet above the forest floor. Suquamish means “place of clear water”. The care of the land that drove this residence included simple strategies for capturing rain and percolating storm water, minimal excavation and removal of soils, low-impact concrete foundations, and a light structure that captures views of the forest, water, and a distant Seattle skyline to the east.
