Access to W/D hookups

Can you tell me how you access the hookups for the W/D, particularly if there's a leak and you need to get to it quickly? Do the W/D pull out together/attached? Is there an access panel somewhere? Thanks for your help and expertise.

    hi You can put the hook ups either in the cabinet next to the washer or under to easy access the shut offs
